Gear Production and Shipping

Great question! If getting something by a particular deadline is important to you, contact me before you order. If at all possible, I will try and help you get the gear you want when you need it for a planned trip.

Trowels NORMALLY ship in 1 to 2 days. Stoves, spatulas, windscreens, and other orders NORMALLY ship in 2 to 3 days. All USA shipments are sent by first class mail, which usually takes 3 to 7 business days to reach its destination. You can upgrade to PRIORITY MAIL shipping in USA if you like. Priority Mail will take 2-3 days to get to you from Ohio.

Shipping outside the USA has extra costs.

So I won't be able to ship gear until my return. All orders placed while I'm on trail will ship early the following week. You can go ahead and order while I'm on trail; your order will not be lost.

While on the trail, I MIGHT have cellular service from time to time to acknowledge your order from the depths of the backcountry, but if not you will hear back from me on as soon as I have cellular signal.
